Match Report

Due to a 6am start for the away game to Guernsey 2nds, there were a few changes to the team from last week as some players couldn’t leave so early due to work commitments and family arrangements. As I was also unable to travel this will be a very brief match report. Despite the changes the team put up a good fight and eventually lost what was a very close fought match 38-35.

They did however, come away with 2 bonus points which kept them in 7th place, This was Guernsey’s first win of the season which made the result rather disappointing for the players. We now don’t have a game until Saturday 8th November, when we play Eastleigh at Rugby camp. This will be a 2:30pm K.O.

Winchester 2nds. beat Gosport & Fareham 54-24 and are top of the table and still unbeaten.
