PRFC Membership Policy Season 2011/2012- Playing
Full Membership
Full and Temporary members will be required to provide personal details and the contact details of their emergency contact
Membership Entitlements
Membership entitlements include but are not limited to:
Members and Temporary Members who are selected to play will be subject to Match Fees. Players who are selected for the 1st team squad will not pay match fees on those occasions only
PRFC Membership Policy Season 2011/2012- Playing
Full Membership
- Membership is due on 1st May 2011
- Expectation is that individuals will pay their membership by the start of the playing season (September)
- Annual membership for the 2011/2012 season will be £80
- £5 discount will be applied if the total annual membership is paid before the 31st October 2011
- 50% concession will apply to students/unemployed
- Genuine individual cases of hardship or unforeseen changes in circumstance will be considered strictly on an individual basis
- Individuals joining after 1st November 2011 will be able to pay £10 for temporary membership which will last for the duration of the Calendar Month at the time of temporary subscription

Membership Entitlements
Membership entitlements include but are not limited to:
- Consideration for playing selection - subject to the terms of the constitution
- Use of club facilities
- Physio rehabilitation - subject to separate contract
- Preferential rates for private hire of the club facilities
- Offers / promotions from Club Sponsors as appropriate
- Protection under the RFU players insurance scheme
Members and Temporary Members who are selected to play will be subject to Match Fees. Players who are selected for the 1st team squad will not pay match fees on those occasions only
- Match fees will be charged at £8 per full match and £4 per half match or part thereof. No other breakdown of playing time is considered
- 50% concession will apply to students / unemployed
- Match fees are payable on the day of the match. Unpaid fees are payable within 7 days
- Unsettled Match Fees may result in an individual being excluded from selection
